I have examined the accompanying Ordinance antitled

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum

of Seven hundred and eighty-seven thousand two hundred and fifty-two

Dollars and twenty-six Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1914,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions,
